Looking for a new HEADSET, Logitech has failed me many times, i don't abuse my headphones but both the sets i bought a few years ago, basically quit after 1 year of use, with sound cutting in and out and the microphone sounding like shit or not working at all.. Any other recommendations??

Well depends on your user case.

For me, I play piano so a "firm" grip on the ears is welcome.

I want a strong bass and sometimes wanna play it loud.

I use it connected to my mixer and have a "static" base (i don't carry it around)

edit : you can unscrew the 6.3 plug adapter and underneath is a 3.2mm adapter to play on your phone or so.

If you have similar specs I can recommend you the Pioneer HDJ1500.

You can turn the ears (DJ-style) and it is not that expensive. (3500mW lol)

Very nice frequency response ~6-30000Hz so yes you can also feel it vibrating on your ears ^^

It's bigger brother, HDJ2000 is also nice but it's a mix of "on" ear and "over" ear.

This one I have.

Sennheiser Headsets are kinda good ones. I dont own one myself, but tested some and they do as they should ;) I always use my Sennheiser headphones for work, so I would say quality for them is similar. You want one with minijack(s), wireless or USB? Have a look on Sennheiser headsets. Maybe you find shop nearby to test them. -> https://en-us.sennhe...-gaming-headset

I been buying cheap headsets, not wanting to throw out high dollar on some headsets.  After going through a few of them, i realized for what I paid for all these cheap ones, I could have already paid for a good set.  I finally broke down and bought the HyperX Cloud II headset.  And I love it.  7.1 dolby surround sound.  Really comfortable.  Usually runs 100 US dollars.  Got mine on sale before Christmas at 75 dollars.

pick your favorite headphones and attach the Modmic 5 mic, great stuff.

I have the Beyerdynamic DT 770 pro, not exactly gaming headphones but they bring awesome bass for music and they are very comfortable.
